Nicole and I spent the holiday weekend in Michigan visiting friends and family. The weather was great all weekend! Sunday we rented kayaks and played on the river all day. Monday I made dinner for everyone  at one of her friends house. I kept it simple with hand breaded chicken breast, baked sweet potatoes, roasted Brussels sprouts, and 3am bread­™.  Hoping to make it back to visit again in the fall.
