My “COVID-15” has almost turned into a COVID-50. I’m so disgusted with myself but that is going to change after this weekend. I have no other events till the week after Christmas. That gives me the perfect opportunity to concentrate on my fitness routine and, more importantly, control my food and alcohol intake. I exercise most every day anyways but admittedly I’ve been off the rails drinking for the last few months. Inflated by all the events and partying last month. I haven’t been on trail since the end of June and would very much like to get in a couple more hikes before the end of the year. In some ways COVID is worse this year and the stress regarding it has been far worse for me as well.
